By-Laws

In accordance with ENA, the Delaware Emergency Nurses Association has developed state By-Laws which it follows to conduce its business. Changes to the By-Laws can occur following the procedures for By-Law ammendments specified in Roberts Rules of Order.

 

Policies

The Delaware Emergency Nurses Association has included policies that further define operational functions. Changes to the policies require majority approval of members present at any official state council meeting.

 

Forms

The Delaware Emergency Nurses Association has developed required forms needed to accompany specific requests or documentation.
